Located in the heart of Archdale, we are dedicated to providing exceptional dance instruction in a wide range of dance styles, encompassing tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, clogging, pom, and tumble, to individuals from two years of age through adulthood. MEET THE TEAM: NATIONALS EDITION! 🏆

Nationals will be here before we know it, and it’s time to introduce the dancers who will be representing JM Studios!

Something new is coming!

After 26 years of clogging, Nikki has decided to step outside of her own studio and find a new way to share something she truly loves with the clogging community.

She absolutely loves coaching her competitive team at JM Studios, but she knows sometimes having an additional set of eyes on a routine can make all the difference.

Through virtual critiques, Nikki will work with cloggers outside of JM Studios by reviewing freestyles, choreographed solos, duos/duets, and team routines. She will provide honest and encouraging feedback, technique corrections, and specific goals to help dancers and routines get to the next level.

Clogging has given Nikki some pretty incredible opportunities over the years. She has had the chance to perform with All That! at The Carolina Opry, with the Opry Square Dancers at the Grand Ole Opry, and travel on several amazing trips with America’s Clogging All Stars.

She loves performing. She loves competing. She loves clogging.

But more than anything, she loves teaching! Watching a dancer finally understand something, make a correction, gain confidence, or accomplish something they’ve been working toward is still her favorite part of what she does.

We are really excited to see where Level Up with Nikki goes and to have the opportunity to work with even more dancers in the clogging community!

It’s time to nominate your Dancer of the Month for September!
Each month, dancers will have the opportunity to recognize one of their peers who exemplifies outstanding sportsmanship and team spirit. This can be any member of JM Studios!
To participate, simply have your child nominate a fellow dancer who they believe is a great teammate and a positive role model. Nominations will be open from today through the 7th and the selected dancer will be announced on the 8th. He/she will receive a small gift basket and be featured outside the office for all to celebrate. (Please only let your child vote 1 time each month)
Please note: once a dancer has been selected as Dancer of the Month, they will not be eligible to win again during the season.
We look forward to seeing the dancers support and cheer each other on throughout the year!

We have NEW STUDIO MERCH! These are perfect for the fall and winter months that are approaching.

Christmas parades may also seem far away, but we’re already starting preparations at JM Studios! We would LOVE to have as many of our JM families join us as possible! Come out and support your favorite studio by dancing, walking with us, or riding on the float. You do not have to be a performer to participate!

All parade participants will need a black JM Studios sweatshirt or studio T-shirt. All performers will need a JM Studios sweatshirt or jacket.
