Mojo Henault 2010

This past weekend Mojo Henault 2010 competed in the PGF Capital City Clash in Raleigh, NC. This was a very competitive tournament with 20 14U teams participating. We were the top seed in our division after pool play, went 5-2 on the weekend and lost in the Championship game to a very talented PA Chaos 14U National team. So proud of these players and how they competed in high pressure innings and situations all weekend as 4 of our wins were walk-offs.

Was great to back in action this past weekend. One of our players battled through playing with a broken finger for her team and unfortunately another player suffered an injury in game 1, missed the rest of the tournament but still cheered on her teammates all weekend after returning from urgent care. We had ups and we had downs all weekend, but these players fought hard for each other and look forward to taking the field again in a few weeks. WE>ME

Bella Dill 2028, Madelyn Gordon 2028, Meghan Peters 2029 and Bryce Henault 2029 spent the day at the Mountain!! Thank you, Coach Richardson, Liberty Softball coaching staff and players, for hosting an amazing camp. The players loved the instruction, feedback, drills, game action and facilities. Our Mojo players are looking forward to returning to Lynchburg!

As we grow as an organization, it is crucial that we take our leadership to the next level. Our 2024-2025 Mojo Board is set and is represented with some of the best minds in the game of softball. We are beyond fortunate to have these individuals represent Mojo and to have a voice behind Mojo’s future.

Our Mojo family is growing and taking a huge step forward as an organization with the hire of our new Director of Operations, Lex Hull-Muncher.

Lex played two years at the University of South Carolina and finished her softball career at Jacksonville State University. In 2021, Lex graduated from JSU with a Master’s Degree in Sport Management. While earning her Master’s, she was the assistant coach for Tennessee Mojo-Cherry. She now co-owns a softball facility called Grit Softball Academy where she is the lead hitting and catching instructor. She also runs a student-athlete mental health awareness movement called – I am, I play.

She will assist in all the behind the scene responsibilities and be your go-to person when you have any questions or need assistance.

Lots of positive things happening this year with her addition and ability to help our coaches, players and families. She will be a huge addition to our org and coaches. More info coming soon! We will be upgrading and implementing things across the board!

The 2024 summer camp road show for Zoelle Davidson continued in Blacksburg, VA at the Virginia Tech Summer Elite Skills and Prospect Camp. Way to work hard Zo to sharpen your game! Thank you, Coach Pete D’Amour and staff for hosting a great camp. Zo looks forward to returning!
