Things are crazy in the world and the best thing we can do for ourselves is find ways to relax and restore our energy.

Tai chi and movement meditation practices are a wonderful way to do that. Both of these classes help with gently stretching and strengthening your body, improving balance and coordination, regulating your stress response, and enhancing calm inner peace.

A couple of spots have reopened and become available in both beginning Tai Chi classes. ☯️☯️☯️
Winter class series starts next week!!

Learn gentle movement and stretches to feel calm and centered, improve focus, balance, coordination, and more. Students leave my classes feeling relaxed and restored. I firmly believe everyone benefits from Tai Chi and it improves health in numerous ways.

Studies show a weekly practice improves immune functions, digestion, heart health, mental functioning, memory, self-awareness, and more. It also reduces the negative impact of stress.
