Savasana is arguably the most challenging of all postures. It asks for more than just lying down. It’s asks you to surrender. completely. Can you still the body? Can you quiet the mind?

In a world that pushes us to do, savasana invites us to simply be. It’s an invitation to rest, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. A pause to let the practice settle into your bones and breath.

Bhakti Yoga Workshop this October at Vibes!

Every Saturday of the month from 12pm to 1:15pm. Join Jensen Curtis in the exploration of the magic of chanting, soul songs, philosophy, meditation, and yoga asana in this dynamic workshop designed to touch the heart and spawn inner transformation.

Bhakti Yoga is our practice of devotion, reliance, and love. It’s what we do for who and what we love. Giving ourselves, our attention, intention, love and devotion to a force greater than us. Merging our love with our discipline, Bhakti Yoga is said to be the fast-track to enlightenment - it’s no surprise, Love is the purest form of energy we can express as human beings. Love is who we really are.

This an all levels workshop meant for individuals who seek to go deeper into the heart of Yoga and to learn about the philosophy and application of Bhakti Yoga in our everyday lives. This is a 4 week series beginning on Saturday Oct 5th at 12pm. Drop ins are welcome.
