I will be out of the office this morning starting at 8am. I have a Drs appointment. Please have your key cards on you so you can access the gym today. Please don't slam weights against machines in the gym. Show common courtesy to others and especially the gym staff. Gym etiquette still does exist. Thanks.

Just a reminder that the front desk is closed today for Good Friday. Only members can access the gym today with their key cards. No guests allowed. Thank you and have a great Friday!

Members,

Please do not bring guests after staffed hours. This is a rule of the Wellness Center that all of you know. If you are caught doing so, I will cancel your membership. Now during staffed hours a guest fee is $5 and is welcomed. But not after hours. Please abide by this rule.
