“No Apaches Down” took on a literal meaning yesterday as the Lady Apaches won a heated contest vs Glendale, 10-0. Our ladies have each other’s back!!!! This team is showing some fight and the results are showing what hard work and a team bond are all about!!!

The Lady Apaches grinded out good at-bats this afternoon, beating Burbank 10-0 in 5 inn, for a big Pacific League win. Sophia Garzona pitched a complete game shutout, 5 inn, 0 runs, 3 hits, 3 K’s and 1 BB. Eight different Apaches had hits led by Delaney Prater’s 3 hits and Karly Gills’ 2 hits and 3 RBI’s. The Lady Apaches move to 14-5 and 6-2 in league to hang on to 2nd place. Al Gills

Big win yesterday vs Burroughs, 2-0. Sophia Garzona pitched a gem, 7 inn, 3 hits, 1 BB, 5 K’s. Deja Westbrook with the big 2 run single in the 6th. The girls battled and played great defense. Apaches travel to Muir today for a 3:30 game. The win moves us into 2nd place behind CV. Al Gills

The Arcadia Lady Apaches Softball team, improved their record to 5-0 on the season with a 6-3 win vs Eagle Rock and a 8-2 win vs Roosevelt today in the Lincoln Classic. The offense was started by a 2 run HR by Helena Simpson in the 1st inn, and 3 hit days by Delaney Prater and Leah Silva over the 2 games. Freshman Nicole Wong, got her 1st varsity start and win in the 2nd game.
Next up, Monrovia, Wed at home at 6:00 and live-streamed by APN!!!

After a slow start, the Lady Apaches continued their winning ways, with a 7-2 road victory over LaSalle this afternoon. Offense was balanced as 7 players had hits led by Averi’s 3 hit game and multi RBI games from Helena and Karly. Sophia battled in the circle.
We are getting use to playing in cold, wet conditions but it looks like Sat we will play 2 games in 60 degree and sunny weather!!!

The Lady Apaches continued their solid play to start the season with a 10-0 win vs Temple City at Univ of La Verne tonight. Offense was led by Morgan (3 hits, 3 RBI’s), Helena, (2hits, 3 RBI’s) and a game ending Grand Slam by Deja, (2 hits, 4 RBi’s). Sophia was strong again inside the pitching circle, 0 Runs, 3 hits and 5 strikeouts.

Our Lady Apaches started the season off in a good way with a 9-0 win vs Socorro HS of El Paso TX last night!!!! It was a cold and wet night but the balanced offense, 6 different players with hits, backed the solid pitching performance by Sophia Garzona.

It was a long process that was a few years overdue, but today the new Apache wall is complete!!!! What a difference and Congrats to Deja Westbrook as the new All CIF addition to the wall.
Please try to share the improvements to any alumni, especially if there name is on the wall!!
We would love for them to see it!!!
