"Antiquated."
So are hammers, wrenches, and chainsaws.
Turns out the best tools don't become obsolete just because they're not complicated.

If it works, it works. 💅

⭐️ Use guidance:
Intended for high-value landscape trees when pest pressure exceeds acceptable thresholds. Apply according to label directions and integrate within an IPM program. Prioritize monitoring, correct pest identification, and conservation of beneficial organisms, including pollinators and natural enemies.

Choose your fighter:

Imicide = long-term systemic control

Sap feeders (aphids, adelgids, whiteflies, psyllids, scales)
Leaf feeders (beetles, miners)
Borers (incl. EAB)
Slower uptake but longer residual.

Dinocide = rapid knockdown

Same groups as Imicide, but when activity is overwhelming.
Great for bad outbreaks and mid-season pressure.
Fast uptake and quick suppression.

Abacide = targeted / hard-to-reach pests

Mites, borers, leafminers, select larvae.
Diffuses into phloem tissues to target wood boring larvae.
Avermectin Class = Not a Neonicotinoid.
Situations where pest location or biology limits other actives.
