🏋️‍♀️ Level 2 Crossfit Trainner and 💚Always Do More than what it is prescribed!

After my son was born, I took my fitness to next level. I met “the
best coach ever” Stacey and from Kickboxing, high intensity Boot Camps, spinning and more, she knew it all and was inspirational. My fitness level increased incredibly. Stacey introduced me to CROSSFIT in 2012 when she opened Crossfit Darkhorse and I discovered myself as an Fitness Athlete. I earned my CF L1 (Crossfit Level 1 Certi

fication) in 2015, this is also when I also decided to follow the PALEO lifestyle. Since then I have been part of many different Crossfit Communities, always pushing myself to the limits in the workouts and competitions. Striving to go RX (meaning succeeding in the workout while using the prescribed weights and movements). That’s how RXPLUSLIFE was created, always working to be more than just RX in everything I do!
