This is Preston’s 30-Day Active Challenge that started June 1st on Facebook. (The Family reached out to see if we, FITsique, would like to be active in it!)

Preston is a traumatic brain injury survivor who will be sharing a daily activity throughout June and explaining how staying active helps his neurological recovery. They’re encouraging followers to join them, post their own photos, and stay active all month long. Just being active and posting a picture in the comments and preston will show his activity for the day and explain how it helps his health and the benefits neurologically

They’re going to give away a few prizes to the most engaged participants. In return, we’ll gladly give your company shout-outs throughout the challenge and encourage our community to support your brand. (I, Cherie, will be giving some Gift Certificates to Aransas Pass Nutrition)
