FREE a Self Defense Seminar for the women at the Bayview RV Resort in Rockport on Monday, May 19th, 2pm at the Rec Center.

This seminar will last about 45 minutes to an hour.
Young women 12 & up are welcome with parent/guardian.
Dress comfy!

In this seminar we will practice some basic moves that will show you HOW TO GET AWAY from someone that may be trying to harm you.
The moves we'll practice can be done by anyone, any physical condition, any age.

Ok. I told you "I'm back"!
But since I'm in a new area (Aransas Pass), you may not know who I am.
So - let me introduce myself (with regards to Self Defense Training).

I started practicing Martial Arts in 1997.
I currently hold a 3rd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a 1st degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do, hold a specialized Black Belt in Self Defense, Combat as well as some training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & martial arts weapons.

In 2017 JC & I started teaching Self Defense full time.
We took the knowledge from all of our training & taught individuals how to handle circumstances specific to their lives.
We taught school teachers, people in the medical field, executives, college students, moms & just anyone looking to learn how to protect themselves in their daily lives!

We also put together a 1 hour seminar to teach people the BASICS on HOW TO GET AWAY from someone trying to do them harm.

I have done seminars with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, Mom's clubs, Senior Centers, Corporate Training, etc.
The moves we practice during seminars can be done by anyone, any physical condition, any age.

I do not train people to fight.
My focus is teaching you HOW TO GET AWAY!

We're back!
Ok. I'm back.
JC is off doing other adventures.

I'm now located in Aransas Pass, TX, just outside of Corpus Christi & "this side of The Island". (Port Aransas)

I'm looking forward to organizing & teaching SEMINARS.
And then down the road I may consider private lessons.
