Yesterday at the Babes On The Bay Tournament, these girls showed up and showed out! 🎣🔥
After a day of hard fishing, teamwork, and unforgettable memories, we brought home 5th place overall in the largest all-girls tournament on the coast!
Couldn’t be more proud of this crew and the way they battled all day long. Thank y’all for trusting me to be your Captain — it was an honor to be part of such an incredible day on the water! 💙🌊

Well we didn't end exactly where we wanted but, I am very proud of my team. The 2nd day was even more of a grind than the 1st with the front, high pressure and full moon in play. Still, we ground it out and worked hard.
14th place overall for our first ever Saltwater Legend Series Tournament I feel is really good fishing against the best teams in the game.
I'd like to thank all of my sponsors for supporting us and my wife for keeping us all fed and ready to go each day. There's a lot of work that goes into prepping for these tournaments and time on the water.
Yall get ready though, Port Mansfield is next, and we're coming for you 👊

Wade fishing has been good lately and so have the big trout. The Grinch and Gold Mine have been my two best producers in the 5" straight tail by PavLures. This girl here couldn't resist The Grinch. I like to throw my plastics for this water depth (1-4') on 1/16oz jighead paired with my Waterloo HP Slam and Daiwa Coastal sv 150 reel. Its hard to beat this setup if you like throwing light plastics in shallow water.
I hope everyone stays dry and warm this weekend with the nasty weather blowing in. I'll be ready to get back on the water starting Monday. Tight lines everyone

Today was a four tide day with a lot of water missing in our bay system but we still caught several nice fish. Several little fellas were mixed in as well. This big ol red here inhaled the PavLures True Floater. Luckily we were able to get the hook out and he swam off strong 💪

Not every day you get to pull the trigger on one of these guys on the Texas Coast. Despite the 35mph winds we were able to knock a rare one off of a clients list today. This beautiful Goldeneye Drake.

I was able to take my son and a buddy out for an afternoon hunt and they had a blast. I had to raz on them a little by posting the video. It happens to the best of us though. They were able to capitalize on some a short while later. Pics to prove they didn't miss all of them 😉
