Dear APYC members,

It is with great sadness we must let everyone know that Norman Oates died yesterday morning. He passed away after a battle with Congestive Heart Failure. He will be forever missed.
At this time, we need to give Jackie her time to grieve.
He is being cremated and there will be no service. There may be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
