We love you and we see you.

We are a studio full of LGBTQ folks & allys and during Pride month (and beyond) we want to celebrate everyone's ability to be themselves.

We hope when you've come to Sama you've been greeted as family and seen as who you are.

We strive to be an inclusive studio, a safe space for everyone, and a place for deep inner work.

This picture was taken at last year's Q***r Jai celebration, unfortunately this June our weekends are full of teacher training but again know that when you come to any class, we support you.

Weekend one of teacher training is done! Please congratulate this crew on starting an incredible journey. This weekend we got a big dose of and, among other things, an introduction to the history and philosophy of this vast tradition. 🔥 we’re off to a great start, and there is so much more to come.
