It feels so amazing to take a reformer class with another instructor in real time… the pandemic really took away my ability to train with others until recently. I’m finally making time for me ☺️☺️and utilizing Zoom as a user and Anula your classes are healing balm for my spirit🙏🏽❤️

7 days of war, 7 days of sleepless nights.
Just yesterday, we went to work, did Pilates, went to kindergartens, did rhythmic gymnastics. We loved what we did. We lived!
Today we are fighting for survival! Putin threatens to start a nuclear war. And then there won't be a single safe place left in the world.
Our children are born and live in bomb shelters, basements, and with every sound of a siren, they run to the nearest shelter.
There are dozens of victims among the civilian population. Children are dying!

World!!!
We don't need to be saved! But we need the help of the world, for our army and for our people. Not only in words.

This is not a "special operation", this is a war. And the aggressor is Russia! This is a war in Europe, on the borders of the EU, and tomorrow the conqueror may come to other peaceful cities.

Today is 2022, I don't remember what date or day of the week. BUT we know this is the seventh day of the war. DAY when Russian fascists came to our peaceful, free country.

Glory to Ukraine! Glory to heroes!

I am not involved in politics and I know that you are here for Pilates but I can’t stay silent when terrible things happen.
I want to give my support and all my heart to all women in Ukraine 🇺🇦. Those who was forced to flee from their homes and all who decided to stay and defend their country.
I am originally from Poland 🇵🇱 and lot of my friends are involved in helping women and children from Ukraine to find shelter and support. My house in Poland is also open to women and children who fled from a war zone.
We hoped to never see a war in XXI century in Europe but this is now happening right next to us. Please stay strong as the whole civilised world is behind you.
All my love to you…rudik you are the most brave and incredible woman ever 🇺🇦
