Join us for our new Weight Loss Contest!

Most of us have weight loss goals and need a bit of accountability to get going and stay on track. So we started a weight-loss contest.

Everyone is kept anonymous, they're fun, and we've seen some wonderful success β€” even people who have met their goals continue to participate to keep the weight off!

How it works:
- The contest runs for 8 weeks
- Everyone puts in $5 to start
- Everyone weighs in each week
- Gain weight, put in $5
- Weigh the same, put in $3
- Lose weight, put in $0
- If someone quits, they owe $5 for each week left of the contest
- Whoever loses the most weight wins the pot!

Take a moment to test your balance with Trainer Bryan!

How to:
- Gently rest one finger on a stable surface (table, counter, etc.)
- Lift one foot
- Test your balance by tapping your finger on the surface
- Hold for 30 seconds
- Repeat on the other side

➑️ Want to start strengthening your balance? Bryan has two open 60-minute spots available:
- 9 am on Monday and Friday
- 9:30 am on Wednesday and 10 am on Friday

Test your balance with Brooke, a Brains and Balance After 60 certified personal trainer!

How to:
- Put one foot in front of the other, then place your arms straight in front of you
- Make two thumbs-up
- Keeping it lifted, swing one arm out to the side, then back to center, following your thumb with your nose
- Alternate!

This exercise tests your balance and works some of the muscles you use while driving!
