Here's a great idea! It's supposed to rain this afternoon (plus even if not it's yucky hot!) So why not do something for yourself and come to the studio this afternoon?

First is Bethany Warren Hunter's mixed cardio/strength (4:45), then stay for Yin Yoga (with Cheryl Microutsicos at 6) where you can relax and unwind.
