Most people think weight loss means completely overhauling their diet.
Cut carbs.
Cut sugar.
Start over Monday.
Find the “perfect” meal plan.
Stress about whether bananas have too much sugar and if protein powder will destroy civilization.
Meanwhile…
They’re:
* skipping meals all day
* eating distracted
* inhaling food too fast
* eating past fullness
* snacking directly out of containers
* raiding the pantry at night because they barely ate earlier
And THAT has a massive impact on calorie intake too.
Before banning foods you love, start paying attention to HOW you eat.
Because:
* portions matter
* consistency matters
* awareness matters
* relationship with food matters
You do not need perfection.
You need habits that fit real life.
Small changes repeated consistently will beat extreme diets almost every time.
