We’re coming together in Oshkosh for a Ruck & Roll event in support of the We Defy Foundation — and this is shaping up to be one of the most impactful events we’ve hosted.

Here’s what’s coming:

• 1 Hour Ruck — move with purpose
• 3 Black Belts Teaching — high-level instruction across academies
• 2 Hours of Rolling — test yourself, connect, and grow

This is more than training.
This is about bringing people together to support veterans and create real change through Jiu Jitsu.

Congrats Ryan and Rachel! Yesterday we threw the kitchen sink at them.

Pressure. Fatigue. Curveballs.
Different styles. Different strengths. Same standard.

Ryan and Rachel both stepped into the fire and didn’t blink.

Purple belt isn’t about flashy technique.
It’s about composure under stress.
It’s about solving problems when you’re tired.
It’s about maturity on the mat.

These two showed all of it.

Very different games — and that’s the beauty of Jiu-Jitsu. There isn’t one way to forge a shield. There’s only the work.
