We are thrilled to bring this sensational experience back this Summer on the beautiful RiverHeath Boardwalk with an extended offering that includes 30 minutes of Restorative yoga under the emerging stars and full moon! ✨🌕✨

Get in your groove as you flow next to the Fox River leading up to sunset with state-of-the-art technology glow-in-the-dark headsets for a 60-minute vinyasa practice led by Lauren Quella followed by a 30-minute Candlelit Restorative starting as the sun sets led by Sandi Toppins.

You control the volume of your headset just as you tailor your practice. The Boardwalk will be glowing for this special event, but in the event of rain, we will enjoy the serenity of our candlelit studio. A truly unique perspective for your practice like no other to allow yourself to shine even brighter!

* Please arrive at 7:15pm to get your headset and enjoy river views before class.

* Vinyasa Flow takes place from 7:30-8:30pm with Lauren * Sunset is at 8:22pm, which leads perfectly into a 30-minute Candlelit Restorative with Sandi while you still enjoy your Sound Off headset to relax and watch the stars and full moon appear. ✨🌕✨
