Convinced that conventional strength training didn’t apply to the goals she had, started training .iowa. She’d always had an interest in natural movements and body mechanics, “that hippy dippy science” stuff as she calls it. 5 sessions in she’s showing great gains and says she feels faster now than she did 10 years ago playing competitive soccer. Breathing, walking, running, and throwing are the foundations that dictate how efficiently we move. Unfortunately, many of us have succumbed to sedentary lifestyles. We drive our cars to an office where we spend countless hours sitting with slumped shoulders hunched over a keyboard. We drive home and then sit some more as we gather in front of our televisions binge watching the latest “must see” programming. We find ourselves tired, anxious, overweight, and in pain. Boost your immune system with simple ingredients at home. Prime Tea Recipe:
Boil 5 cups of water in the morning. Add 1-2 tsp ( I like mine strong) of the following whole seeds to the water and continue to let steep for at least 10 mins with lid on. Longer the better to pull everything out. Strain and some ginger and enjoy!
- Whole seed Cumin
- Whole seed Coriander
- Whole seed Fennel
- Star Anise (I add this for taste and flu fights properties)
