Trap Bar Deadlift x Banded Squat Jump Superset 🔥
Heavy strength meets explosive power 💥
Here’s how I like to pair them:
➡️ Trap Bar Deadlift: 4–6 reps (focus on power + control)
➡️ Assisted Banded Squat Jumps: 6–8 reps (max effort each jump)
Repeat for 3–4 rounds.
This combo builds that perfect blend of raw strength and speed — teaching your body to take the force you produce in the weight room and turn it into explosive athletic movement on the court, field, or track.
