Introducing Our Men’s Mental Fitness Group
Strength is more than what happens in the gym.
Starting this January, we are launching a Men’s Mental Fitness Group that will meet once per month. This is a space for like-minded men to come together, speak openly, and support one another through real conversations about life, stress, work, family, health, and anything else that may be weighing on them.
This is not therapy and it is not a lecture. It is a confidential, judgment-free environment built around honesty, accountability, and shared experience.
Each meeting will include:
A guided group workout
Open conversation and discussion
A supportive, respectful atmosphere where nothing is forced
You do not need to have everything figured out. You just need to show up.
The first meeting will be held in January, with sessions continuing once per month thereafter.
