My health use to be one of my top priorities in my life but ever since becoming a mother two months ago I find myself forgetting to eat and drink because my life now revolves around my little girl.
Since I was given the ok to start working out again a couple of weeks ago I have taken the time to make sure I get 30 minutes of “me time” everyday to work on being a healthy mom.
Yes some days I have to hit pause to take care of my little bumblebee but I make sure I finish every day.
This week my focus is to get my nutrition back on track and make sure that I have healthy food to grab throughout the day. Stay tuned to see what fun tips and tricks I have up my sleeve!!
