So here they are the final point standing for the inaugural AMA District 37 California Scrambles Series for 2015. I finished 2nd Expert O.A. in the 50 year old Heavy Weight (that's the bike size not my weight) Class. I'm happy with that result, a lot of fun for sure.

I'm going to change my name to Dan Secondollar. Sunday didn't get the race on time to practice the bomb run but managed to get the jump when the banner dropped on the A course 9:30 Mag. Nov./Int. Race. I Held onto the led until the road crossing just after Check 1, when speed racer Larry Leyva (pie plate) blew past me like I was in 1st gear, oh wait I was in 1st gear, it was a road crossing!!! Anyway hung in there for all three laps, kept it on two wheels and bested RUTS hill three times without signification embarrassment. Came across the finish line 2nd O.A., 2nd in class. Had a lot of fun first time I've made it out to a Dist. 37 race this year and glad I did. Thanks to everyone for a great race. Thanks to B&B Cycles, AS Racing, Zip Ty and of course my wife Gaby for all the support.

I'd also would like to thank the rider who stopped for my son in the Sunday Vet race, Mike found a rock pile and ditch on course B that he had a disagreement with regarding navigation and the physical properties of matter. Mike wound up with a broken collar bone and will need surgery to patch it back together, but he tells a great story about his crash...

Thank GOD for the Racers Under The Son, you guys are a class act. Great effort with great results.
