✨🧜‍♀️ CONGRATS TO OUR SEPTEMBER SIREN OF THE MONTH — CARMEN! 🧜‍♀️✨

Carmen started pole in March 2025 after her cousin told her Spinning Sirens was opening nearby—and she loved it enough to sign up for a membership before even taking her first class! 💖

Pole is her favorite apparatus, especially Nicki’s heels classes for the dance and sensual movement, plus intermediate & advanced tricks for the challenge. Her current goal? Going back to those fun intermediate shapes and transitions she feels she rushed past on her way to advanced skills!

Her advice to new students: Stick with it! Everyone’s body learns differently, and what comes easily to one person may take more time for you. As long as you’re having fun, you’re doing it right. 🩷

Beginner Inverts & Upside Down Basics breaks down invert fundamentals with fun, approachable drills designed to build the strength, alignment, and confidence you need to go upside down safely and beautifully.

Whether you’re working toward your very first invert or leveling up an existing one to make it stronger and cleaner, this class gives you the tools to get there.

What we’ll cover:

🙃 Ground-based inverts
🙃 Beginner upside-down shapes including crucifix and outside leg hangs
