Congratulations to everyone who earned a promotion at our July 2026 Belt Ceremony! 👏🥋

While we should train for the right reasons and not just for belts or stripes, it always feels good to level up. Enjoy the moment, but remember this: you are only the rank you hold if you’re on the mat. Use this promotion as fuel to keep learning, growing, and becoming better than you were yesterday.

For those who didn’t receive a promotion this time, your hard work has not gone unnoticed. Promotions come at different times for different people, and everyone’s journey is unique. Stay committed, trust the process, and keep showing up. Your time will come.

And to those who haven’t been on the mats in a while, we hope this inspires you to come back. There was a reason you started your journey, and that reason is still there. Maybe it just needs a little spark to reignite the fire. Let this be that spark.
