Community Athletic Development Program

Community Athletic Development Program CADP exists to advance and develop athletes. CADP specializes in hockey-specific plyometric training.

The goal is to improve the quality of training and competition among high school players in order to increase the number of Minnesota athletes who are candidates for National teams and college scholarships. Over the years, we've continued to develop scientifically tested on- and off-ice training regimens to help our athletes train harder and smarter than the competition. We remain committed to hel

ping our athletes develop total body strength, balance, agility, and speed to prevent injury and promote career longevity. CADP recognizes that true improvement is the result of on-going commitment and dedication to a progressive regimen of strength and skill development. Many of our athletes are involved in multiple sports and need training options to complement their development as all-around athletes. To accommodate their needs, we offer multiple off-season training programs in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Our coaches and program consultants also provide our advanced athletes with important nutrition, energy management and concentration resources to ensure peak performance in and out of hockey season. Many of Minnesota's elite high school athletes are currently training in our program; the balance of our younger, less experienced participants are part of our program because they possess the uncommon work ethic and athletic potential to become the next class of elite players.

CADP has been away from Facebook for a while, but we're back!

The State Girls' High School Hockey Tournament is in full swing, which means off-season training is just around the corner. CADP is now accepting registration for Spring and Summer training opportunities, which you can access here: http://www.cadp.us/ If you have questions about registration, training groups, or the program in general, please contact us!

Don't forget to check out the tourney games in person at the Xcel Energy Center or on KSTC 45. Tune in right now to see several CADP athletes from the Red Wing Wingers (including the two girls pictured in our banner photo) battle with the Blake Bears in the Class A semi-finals!

Congrats to Kate Schipper on being named to the All-Tournament Team, and to all of Team USA for great tournament showing!

By almost all accounts, Kate Schipper's recent two-week stint playing with Team USA in the Women's Hockey World Under-18 Championships in Finland was a rousing success
