REMINDER: DRESS REHEARSAL 9/17
OPENING NUMBER DANCERS
Please arrive promptly and ready to go, street clothes and tennis shoes.
DO NOT BRING YOUR DANCE BAGS, NOR ANY SNACKS.
AS it will be very crowded in the green room, head straight away to sit in the theater, do not loiter backstage. Find your classmates, and stay with them. There will be backstage moms to assist you.
NO FOOD IN THE THEATER. DO NOT BRING FOOD, EAT BEFORE YOU COME.
Parents, as this will be repeated to your dancer, this is getting sent to you to expedite matters too. This opening number has more dancers than previous ones, so it will be super crowded at the beginning drop off. Opening number participants will have A SEPERATE check-in line, please look for that. Please encourage your dancer to help out by following the above directions.
THE OPENING NUMBER WILL BE REHEARSED FIRST, DO NOT GO TOO FAR. AS I CANNOT GIVE AN EXACT TIME, I WOULD SAY NO MORE THAN 1 HOUR, MAYBE 1.5 . YOU WILL RECEIVE A ROBO TEXT WHEN IT IS TIME TO PICK UP YOUR DANCER. (Please make sure your number is correct in the parent portal)

➡️9/14 at 4:30pm Dress Rehearsal for the Sat 10am show
➡️9/14 at 6:00pm Dress Rehearsal for the Sat 2pm show
➡️9/15 at 4:30pm Dress Rehearsal for the Sat 6pm show
➡️9/16 at 4:30pm Dress Rehearsal for the Sun 2pm show
➡️9/17 at 4:30pm Dress Rehearsal for the Sun 6pm show

Sending to All.... There was a question regarding what type payments the photographer takes,
He said he takes: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Check and cash.
Reminder , try to arrive at least 15 /20 min early . Studio A & D are the GIRLS dressing rooms, please read poster outside of the main lobby, for
your designated dressing room. It is advisable to get help your dancer find your group in the dressing room, then proceed over to the "Music Room" where you will pick up a "card" to fill out and purchase or discuss photo specials. Dancers take the card with them for the photo shoot. Families use 1 card only, your instructor will handle that for you. No parents in the photography area, it's a sweet surprise how cute these always turn out! Childrens combination class MOMS, must stay to assist your dancer. ALL BOYS will utilize the lobby/bathroom in Studio C to dress and then wait to for your teacher to come get you for your pic. NO DADS ALLOWED IN GIRLS DRESSING ROOM, if a mom cannot come, another mom from your class or your class instructor will assist your child.
OFFICE LOBBY is off limits to PARENTS etc, no exception. THIS MUST stay clear as it is the passage way for dancers coming and going. Thank goodness it will be cooler this weekend! Bring all costumes with you, dancer should come with hair/makeup done, tights on and undergarment. Robe coverups are a great idea. It'll be a fun weekend for all !!!
