At Parkside Yoga & Relaxation Center, enjoy a tranquil environment, compassionate, knowledgable guidance/teachers, and our very own personal brand of intelligent, healing movement, Core Integrated Alignment Yoga. We currently offer 15 classes a week including: Hatha Yoga Flow Levels 1 & 2, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga and Private Yoga, and Yoga Teacher Training Immersions. We look forward to making your practice convenient and sharing space with you.
