Classes are structured to provide students with a strenuous workout as well as provide the student with realistic self defense techniques. BJJ also has a large sport component, which many students choose to engage in. This component keeps the BJJ student sharp and prepared for self defense as well as provides physical exercise and weight loss. Wolfpack Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Apollo Beach is an affiliate school of Charles Dos Anjos and Wolfpack Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Sarasota, FL. Professor Dos Anjos carefully teaches technique with an eye for perfection. Wolfpack Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Apollo Beach also carefully teaches technique and understands the importance of working with each student to make sure they achieve excellence in each technique. Our school focuses on each student to ensure they are properly performing techniques and have a full understanding of the application and function of the techniques.
