I myself have practiced this way when i was injured, watching a class is still participating. You learn things you would not have seen otherwise!

September, 2023, Gup Testing, All Must attend the Gup Pretest. (if you are unable to due to work, or illness, or another situation, you MUST inform Sa Bom Nim Lemner for approval) Member will be approved first by instructor, then at Pre-test, if need to wait they will be informed and reason. Retest’s are done with Mentor group *Note: Effective May, if students Federation membership is expired there will be a $20.00 studio fee. Also if students are not able to attend pre-test they will be moved to the next month.
