This past weekend, we had the pleasure of partnering with Fittest2Serve to host an awesome competition, bringing together firefighters from near and far for a day of fitness, friendly competition, and community.

We’re so proud of the way our CFS crew came together to help make this event possible. It’s always a privilege to show up for the people who show up for us every day. 🧑‍🚒

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend such a great one!

Happy Birthday Coach Jana 🎊

Thank you so much for your part in making CFS so amazing for so many.

You told us once that CrossFit changed your life, and you wanted to give that back to people. You wanted to enjoy being a part of their journey. Mission accomplished, lady!! Please continue.

We appreciate that you live the example out loud every day just in being who you are… what you do… and how you treat everyone else.

You somehow make English as a second language way more fun than it’s ever been!

We genuinely appreciate and admire that you are always so prepared. We see how much you care about each of us individually. It just comes through in your coaching.

Trying to be brief about all the reasons we are thankful for you is impossible. We love your daily reminder that we all choose to be here. Well… here is your reminder that YOU are the reason many people choose to be here. 💙

Happy Birthday Coach Abbey! 🎊

We’re so thankful you found us! It’s hard to believe you’ve only been at CFS for a few months.

One of the coolest things to watch has been how you’ve connected with our members. They trust you, they love being in your classes, and it’s obvious how much you genuinely care.

You’re such a great fit for this community, and we already can’t imagine CFS without you and that permanent smile you’re always wearing! Thank you for everything you’ve already brought to our members and our coaching team. We have a feeling we’re just getting started.

Help us wish Coach Abbey an awesome birthday! 🗣️

Happy Birthday Coach Jay! 🎊

THANK YOU to our OG Coach, who was basically Member #1 at CFS.

You’ve played such an integral role in building this place. Nobody has had a more consistent impact on what CFS has become than you, Coach Jay. We hope you feel an incredible sense of pride in that.

It’s pretty amazing to think about how many people you’ve impacted over the last 14 years… 2,000+ people, easy, right? Just regular people who have continued their fitness journey and become better because of your genuine care for others and your passion for the craft of coaching.

Thank you, Coach Jay. We’re beyond thankful you’re part of this team. We struggle to find the words to express just how grateful we are for everything you’ve poured into this community.

Help us wish Coach Jay a very happy birthday! 🗣️

Happy Birthday Tom 🎊

Thank you for everything you do for this community and for creating a place where people feel supported, challenged, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. What you’ve built has become so much more than a gym for so many of us, and we’re lucky to have a leader who cares as much as you do. Here’s to many more!

Please join us in wishing our CFS Mayor a very happy birthday! 🗣️

Happy Birthday Coach Craig! 🎊

I can’t think of a better person to lead our On Ramp program and be the first person for new members to interact with. You’re always laughing and in a good mood and it’s contagious. It’s a gift to have our new members experience your patience and genuine kindness as part of their introduction to CFS. We couldn’t come close to replacing you Craig, so I’m sorry to tell you that you’re never allowed to leave. We’ll find you!! You’re here forever man. THANK YOU 🙏🏽

Let’s use Coach Craig’s bday to show him how much he is appreciated. Share something you love about him! 🗣️
