I can’t think of a better person to lead our On Ramp program and be the first person for new members to interact with. You’re always laughing and in a good mood and it’s contagious. It’s a gift to have our new members experience your patience and genuine kindness as part of their introduction to CFS. We couldn’t come close to replacing you Craig, so I’m sorry to tell you that you’re never allowed to leave. We’ll find you!! You’re here forever man. THANK YOU 🙏🏽

Happy Birthday Coach Marni 🎊

There are people who do a job… and then there are people who shape a community. She is way more than our General Manager, she is the steady hand, the caring voice, and the heartbeat behind the scenes that makes CrossFit Surmount what it is. She genuinely cares about every single person who walks through these doors — and our members feel that every day.

We cannot express how grateful we are. The words THANK YOU just dont seem sufficient.

Her leadership, work ethic, and constant positivity set the tone for this place. Quite honestly, we could not do what we do here without her. I truly cannot imagine this community without her influence, her care, and the countless ways she shows up for others.

We are incredibly lucky to have you, Marni. Thank you for everything you give to our members and to this community — today and every day.
