Riptide Opens the Fall '26 Season with a 6–1 Victory!

The Raleigh Riptide kicked off our Spring ’26 title defense in impressive fashion today with a dominating 6–1 victory over the Labatt Blues.

Player of the Game: Daniel “Smitty” Wilson, who turned away 12 of 13 shots for an outstanding performance in net.

Pickle Rick Award: Brownie, for not remembering Daniel’s last name. Come on, Brownie… SMH. 😂

A great team effort and a strong way to open the season.

1–0. The title defense is officially underway! 🏆

CHAMPIONSHIP GAME BOUND!!

The Raleigh Riptide are headed back to the C Division Finals after an electrifying overtime win over the Zombies.

Facing a 3–1 deficit entering the third period, Riptide battled back with relentless effort to tie the game in regulation and force overtime. Just 23 seconds into OT, John Tosches buried the game-winning goal, sealing an unforgettable comeback victory.
