One door closes, another one opens.

My first location in Apache Junction has taught me so many things as a gym owner, small business starter, and coach. I am so grateful for all of the laughs, tears, and growth shared here in theses 4 walls. The closing of this location truly does mean more opportunity.

To all of my members, and now dear friends, it was an honor to lead you no matter what part of your journey you were in! I will always be here to cheer you on and support you.

Moving forward and coming soon, I will be offering in person & online personal training, so please reach out if that is something that interests you. I am so excited to embrace this new chapter.

This isn’t the end of Freedom Fitness 48, FF48 travels with me wherever I go!♥️🇺🇸

FREEDOM YOUTH DEVELOPMENT💪🏼

Beginning June 6th-July 14th, FYD is a program for young athletes(ages 12-17) to learn fundamentals as well as advance their overall athletic performance. No matter what sport, FYD will target the pillars of foundational strength & conditioning training.

I am so excited for this chapter in my business so far. Working with kids was where my entire passion for coaching began.

Class will be held 3x a week on Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday @ 10:15-11:00AM
