Some people will see this exercise and think it’s no big deal… she’s just laying down and getting up.

While that sounds true, have you tried it? Have you experience what it’s like to fall down and have to struggle to get yourself off the ground?

See, we train a little different. We train for realistic every day life.

Sometimes it’s not about how much weight you can lift.

Sometimes it’s about just being able to have the strength to get yourself off the ground when you get knocked down.

I’ll let you all keep doing them crazy exercise that don’t transfer to real life.. we’ll stick to the basics.
