💜🖤 First Day Of Winter Conditioning Went Well! We Had A Mixture Of New Kids (Never Ran Track Before), Cross Country Kids & Some Past Summer Track Kids. Doesn't Matter What Skill Level Your Kid Is At, What Sport They Play, Bring Them Out Each Sunday For A Workout📣

We Go Over General Track Drills/Warmups & Stretches Which Is Good For Beginners That Plan To Run For Us This Upcoming Summer; But We Also Incorporate Some Agility, Plyometrics, Endurance, Strength & Speed Work Into EVERY Workout So It Works For ANY Sport. Each Sunday Is Something Slightly Different So Try To Come To All So You Never Miss Out On Anything🤫
