Congratulations to Chance Verden on earning Honorable Mention All-State honors!

Chance was a dynamic force for the Sequoits this season, finishing with 53 goals, 10 assists, and 63 points while adding 50 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers. His ability to dodge, score, and make plays all over the field made him one of the most dangerous offensive threats in the area.

This recognition is a testament to Chance’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to the game. We are incredibly proud of all he accomplished this season and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Congratulations to Lukas Barbosa on being named the 2026 Northern Lake County Conference Lacrosse Player of the Year, voted on by the conference head coaches.

Lukas has been one of the most dynamic and complete players in the area all season, leading the Sequoits with elite vision, playmaking ability, and leadership on and off the field. His impact could be felt every game, whether scoring, creating opportunities for teammates, or competing relentlessly from start to finish.

This honor is a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and passion Lukas brings to our program every single day. We are incredibly proud of him and excited to see what the future holds for him both on and off the field.

Sequoits win round one! Highlights Verden 5 goals (50 on the season) Barbosa 10 Assist. Wickert, and Tolbert 4 Goals Each. Quarter Finals on Friday vs Lakes 7pm in Deerfield.

Come out and support Sequoit Lacrosse as the Sequoits host the Mustangs of Mundelein in the opening round of the IHSA Playoffs tonight at 5:00 PM!

Let’s pack the stands and create an electric playoff atmosphere for our players and program.

After the game, join us at Rivalry to continue supporting Sequoit Lacrosse and the Legacy Booster Club. A percentage of all sales will go directly back to supporting our athletes and program.
