You guys!!! 😳

Sometimes, it’s a harsh reality to see yourself at your lowest. It’s difficult to share, honestly. I’ll be the first person to tell you how much I hate pictures of myself. But I’ll also be the first one to tell you how proud I am of myself, even if I’m not where I want to be YET.

Physical fitness is a journey, and it’s not a linear journey. It’s messy, it’s long, it’s full of highs and lows… and it’s just plain hard. More people give up because results aren’t instant and don’t appear overnight.

Let this be your reminder that, no matter where you’re at, you CAN make a change. It will require discipline, consistency and work. But it’s not out of reach.

I’m still seeking clients and am open to all applications but limited spots are available!

I offer online fitness/ nutrition coaching (open to anyone), private personal training for women in a private studio, as well as, hybrid personal training for women (online and in person).

Workouts are tailored to you as an individual and what you have access to. We can tweak your nutrition as little or as much as you’re willing to.

But here’s the thing… I can’t do the work for you. I CAN work WITH you to create lifelong habits that will eventually stick and transform you. A slow transition is a lasting transition and that’s exactly what you want.

Eight years ago today, I was in a powerlifting competition in between being called and… duty called. Mommy duty. If this picture isn’t worth a thousand words, I’m not sure what is.

Working out has been a passion of mine since I was 14 years old. I can’t stress the importance of keeping up a healthy lifestyle, and how it affects every other aspect of your life!

My kids have grown up in the gym and have watched every season. My ā€œfluffy mamaā€ season, my ā€œfit mom season,ā€ and my ā€œwhat am I doing wrongā€ season. Everything good and bad that comes with a fitness journey, no matter what you choose to involve yourself in, your kids are watching. You failed? They’re watching. You’ve succeeded in your goals? They’re watching. And guess what? They’re learning! They learn how to take care of themselves, how to handle stress, how to incorporate exercise and make it fun, and how to bounce back even if things didn’t go the way they were supposed to- they SEE you in everything you do! YOU are the example!

So, for all of my mamas out there… in honor of Mother’s Day weekend approaching, I can say this with confidence. I don’t know where you’re at in your fitness journey, or if exercise is even on the radar for you, but I can tell you it’s not too late to start something and to BE the example. Set the standards, put the work in, grind through the rough days and prove to yourself that you’re worth every beautiful, sweaty and gritty bit of it. Your kids are soaking it all in like sponges and your family will be your biggest cheerleaders through it all. You can’t be expected to take care of everyone else without first taking care of yourself. Let them be a part of your journey and learn what’s possible through you. It’s never too late. Today is the day to start, not yesterday, not tomorrow- Today. And if you’re unsure of where to do that, I’ll be happy to help you come up with a plan!

As a client, training sessions will be $30/session which includes TWO hour-long personal training sessions per week in a private studio, along with access to an app that can assist you with tracking your metrics, additional workouts, nutritional tracking and more.
