Nickel & Dime 78 Roger's Bonneville Update.

Mario Leonard boat is coming along way.

All rotten wood is out grinded down and prepped for new wood.

Dash is done and capped 3 holes for steering relocation.

We have completed the glass work for the set back.

Now to just cut the proper location.

Next up is stringers and then subfloor.

Then gunnel supports and bulkhead.

Then we gotta set the new intake and flip her.

Cutting Glass the last two days.

Customers Bahner's and our new family Spectra 19.

The Spectra 19 was a outboard that we are making awesome with a Jet conversion.

We got some grinding to do to prep boat boats for New stringers.

Second pass of the afternoon.

Little hardware change to eliminate this Porpoise issues

We Squeezed some testing in this afternoon.

We gained some speed. Got the pump pressure back up.

We have some adjustments to make now to try to resolve the porpoise issue.

Once that flattens out we will easily pass over 100mph.

Then we can turn the bottle on.

We cant stay away from Bahner's.

1984 Bahner bubble deck with a twist.

Ive seen alot of Bahner's.

This one has a Southwind Style round keel bottom and the gas tanks are probably 17-18 gallons each.

They are stock Bahner Style.

Just insane to me.

We are doing a Make over for a fellow hot boater looking to get started on his first complete build.

We are doing all new stringers, new Berkeley intake with shoe and ride plate.
Blueprint the boat and fix any existing issues along with paint and speed coat it.

We will be fixing the gas tanks up with Bigger pick up so the owner can support any motor he wants to put it.

Got all adjustments needed to the next test run on Gone with the Wind.

She is definitely ready. Gonna make some adjustments on the fly with timing.

Chasing a few RPMS to regain.

Fingers crossed all the bottom hardware changes fix my top end.
