✨ A NEW SEASON. A NEW SPACE. THE SAME FOUNDATION. ✨

Today marks the FIRST DAY OF CLASSES at Foundation Dance Academy, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome our dancers back!

While our dancers were enjoying their summer, we’ve been busy behind the scenes giving our studio a BIG makeover! 🛠️ From fresh updates to new spaces designed with our dancers in mind, this renovation has been such a labor of love.

Our studio has always been more than four walls and a dance floor. It’s where friendships are made, confidence grows, dreams begin, and so many special memories are created. And now, we get to start a brand-new chapter in a space that feels even more like home 🥹

Here’s to another year of dancing, growing, laughing, learning, and making memories together!

A tribute to Dolly 🤍

Last season, our dancers had the honor of telling the story of Dolly’s “Coat of Many Colors.” A song that reminds us that some of the most beautiful things in life aren’t measured by what we have, but by the love, memories, and meaning woven into them.

Dolly Parton has given generations of people music that makes us feel, remember, dream, and believe. Her story is a beautiful reminder that you can come from humble beginnings, stay true to who you are, and use your gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.

Our dancers poured their hearts into this piece, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to share a small piece of Dolly’s story through dance.

A special recognition for one of our dance moms, Cristy Flinchum, who hand-sewed her Little Dolly’s Coat of Many Colors for this piece! 💗❤️💜

Thank you, Dolly, for teaching us that there is beauty in simplicity, strength in perseverance, and something truly special about being proud of where you came from 🦋

✨Our girls rocked the Nationals stage this week!! ✨

Our dancers left it all on the stage and we couldn’t be more proud! From incredible performances to nonstop laughs, late night team bonding, and unforgettable moments, Nationals gave us memories that will last a lifetime.

This team is so much more than a studio, they’re FAMILY. Watching these dancers encourage one another, celebrate each other’s victories, and grow together has been the biggest win of all.

To our dancers: Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and heart. You represented our studio with excellence every single time you stepped on that stage.

To our amazing dance families and everyone who has cheered us on this season: THANK YOU! Your support means everything and we truly couldn’t do this without you.

Now go catch up on some sleep… because Season 4 is coming in HOT! 🔥 We are just getting started and we can’t wait to see what this next season has in store!
