This is a very tight knit community of shooters who all have the same passion. Below we have outlined “The Creedmoor Way” as an outline for our business model. This is a dynamic list that will be added to as we continue to grow. We thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of your passion. Try our best to make each and every customer (friend) Happy! Although this can be a tricky task to a

ccomplish, we do our best to make each and every friend feel like family. We want a “wow” factor while shopping with us. Without our friends, we would not exist! With that being said, we are not opposed to “firing” a friend with unreasonable expectations that just cannot be met (we bet you won’t find this statement printed very often). Always be innovative and creative to bring new exciting products to market

We are always looking to either improve or come out with new products for the shooting industry. We believe innovation is the key to keeping people excited about their sport and trying new things! We are always open to suggestions and make changes on the fly

We love getting suggestions from friends. Obviously, we can’t try everything, but when one comes up that we can both accomplish and create at a reasonable price, we take the chance. Treat our employee’s fairly and create a fun, family atmosphere

Our employee’s are considered family and the core to our success. Just like the old saying, “When Mom’s happy, everyone’s happy”, if our employee’s are happy then they pass that along to our friends. We have a fun workplace atmosphere that we try to flow over to our friends and vendors. Treat our vendors with respect

We pride ourselves on building relationships. We don’t take our relationship with vendors lightly as they are the cornerstone for our continuing success. We ALWAYS pay on-time and treat them with the utmost respect. We love getting calls about new products and getting having the ability to pass them along to you. We spend more waking hours at work than we do at home and FUN is the name of the game. We strive to have fun and hopefully that passes along when you call or have communication with us!!
