1. Pigeon- open hips & stretch glutes
2. Happy baby- stretch inner thighs, groin, hips, and lower back
3. Legs up the wall- gentle hamstring stretch, improves circulation, & reduces swelling in legs
4. Reclined spinal twists- releases tension in the back
Each pose can help with relaxation and restoring tired muscles.
Spend 1 minute (or more) in each pose at the end of your day or after all workouts and training.
