Holiday scheduling will go as follows:

Saturday: 10am -113:0am
2pm -3:30pm
Sunday: 11am - Noon

Tuesday 6pm - 7pm
Thursday 6pm - 7pm

Sessions will be held both indoors and outside so dress accordingly

Individual training sessions are $100.00 per 7 sessions
Excluding the initial consultation (no charge)

Time slots are available Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
