Holiday scheduling will go as follows:

Saturday: 10am -113:0am
2pm -3:30pm
Sunday: 11am - Noon

Tuesday 6pm - 7pm
Thursday 6pm - 7pm

Sessions will be held both indoors and outside so dress accordingly

Excluding the initial consultation (no charge)

Sometimes it's going to be hard to get of bed in the morning. I know it can be rough to keep up the pace day in and day out... BUT DON'T FOLD.. the outcome is what you deserve. Stay dedicated and fight your way to be among the greats.

If you're simply lifting weights or partaking in a cardio workout that isn't high intensity for 60 minutes you do not need a sports drink (gatorade, powerade, vitamin water, etc) old fashioned spring water will do you just fine.
