June 27 update: In order to address the ongoing issue of pool contamination, the guards will be checking everyone in AND out of the pool. This will help us ensure we have accurate records if another incident occurs. We beseech you to make sure everyone in your group is checked in and out each and every time, and to follow guard instructions about entering/exiting on opposite sides of the check-in table (see picture).
Even if it is completely impossible you could be involved, it is essential we have confidence that the records are complete in order for them to be reliable in resolving this issue. This also means providing names of guests (including providing the pool party lists in advance). Your compliance will help us resolve this issue faster.
To be clear- we are not interested in embarrassing anyone and our goal is to resolve this issue without publicly identifying anyone (or releasing information that could identify them). This means even though the Board is actively investigating, we may not be able to share many details.
