The Light House Bistro is a restaurant, coffee bar and culinary training center staffed by the graduates of The Light House Building Employment Success Training program. Developed as a social enterprise by The Light House Homeless Prevention and Support Center, The Light House Bistro will further our mission of rebuilding lives in order to break the cy

cle of homelessness. Our Social Enterprise bottom line is providing living wage employment for those experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We believe you cannot have sustainable housing without sustainable employment. This project is about creating on the job training and building long term employment opportunities, all while bringing the community together to enjoy exceptional food and dining. THE PROJECT: The Light House repurposed our former downtown 202 West Street Annapolis shelter into a self-sustaining and 'revenue-generating social enterprise' which will support the ongoing workforce development and housing programs at The Light House. This project also contributes to the revitalization and economic development of the West Street Corridor. The key elements of this project include:
