Organized by Gwen Mayes, Words on Water is a writing group of 280+ writers of all levels who live on or near the Chesapeake Bay -- mostly non-fiction creative voices, first person storytelling, songwriters, and essayists. Part social hour, part friendly critique, the group meets approximately twice monthly in and around Annapolis MD. In essence, a welcoming environment for writers who love playing
