Day 2, squats. She hasn't been over 165 lbs in a while because she has no spotter in her gym. She blasted up with 185, then went for 205 but missed it. She went on to do a 6x6@140.

After 2 years in the Army my star trainee came home and to my house to train. She still has a great bench. I'm proud of her, juggling Army life and classes and still finding time to hit the gym.
