I’ve said this before, but I chose REC soccer over travel to develop as a coach and create my methodology at a level that’s as challenging as possible. I coach where I coach now because of my REC experience. These boys changed my life and I’ll always be grateful to the players and parents I’ve met along the way. 🤝🏾🔥

My REC years are now behind me as 3 years have gone by. My aim is to be a technical director and not in this country 🇮🇹 within the next 30-40 years.

Whether it’s slow or fast, getting a team to play above its expectations has been my objective at every level. “Remove cowards, foster leaders, build armies, and then we raid.” 🔁 Rinse and repeat
