Before anyone asks… yes, the girls are getting a program too. We’ll be sharing details on the Girls Summer Athlete Program soon. But today, we’re excited to announce the Summer Athlete Program for the boys.
This isn’t just about getting stronger, faster, or more athletic.
It’s about helping young men build confidence, discipline, character, leadership, and the habits that will serve them for the rest of their lives.
Over the course of the summer, athletes will train in a small group environment where they’ll receive personalized coaching, accountability, and attention every step of the way. With only 8 athletes per session, we’re able to provide a level of coaching that simply isn’t possible in larger groups.
But what makes this program different is that we’re not only focused on athletic development.
Every week, Coach Joey will spend time talking with the athletes about topics like discipline, confidence, identity, relationships, leadership, and what it means to become a man of character. The goal is simple: build better athletes and better men.
The program is divided into two 4-week training blocks. At the end of each block, athletes will participate in a Recovery & Performance Session focused on mobility, stretching, recovery, cold plunge, sauna, and learning how to properly care for their bodies so they can continue performing at a high level.
