Congratulations to our TKD Black Belt, Ms. Claire Lu, for being accepted to the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) Summer STEM Program in Annapolis, Maryland. This initiative, for high school students, offers hands-on learning, laboratory experiences, and mentorship. The week-long residential summer camp allows participants the opportunity to work on collaborative projects like robotics, cybersecurity, and naval architecture alongside faculty and midshipmen. We are so proud of you Ms. Lu! Keep reaching for the stars!

Addison Bonner, Hunter Craft, Ella Helton, and Reese Lofton were conferred with State FFA Degrees by the Illinois Association for meeting all requirements including productive financial investments and earnings in a supervised agricultural experience and FFA participation, leadership, and academic excellence. The State FFA Degree is the highest achievement an FFA member can achieve in Illinois; less than 2% of members statewide earn this prestigious recognition.
